The Maki safety glasses feature a fashion sport-inspired design that can be enhanced with the optional removable closed-cell EVA foam to provide protection from airborne particles and debris. With dual injected TPR temple ends and embedded rubber nose pieces, these glasses ensure a secure, slip-free fit in any environment. The lenses are treated with an anti-scratch hard coat for increased scratch resistance and have passed an arc flash test to 25 cal/cm2 without igniting or melting. They are suitable for meeting workplace electrical safety standards such as ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, and CSA Z462, as well as being Ballistic Rated to military specifications and meeting ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 high impact standards.
